Step 1 — Wait for Your Shipping Confirmation Email Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your tracking number becomes active.
Step 2 — Track Your Package All orders ship via USPS. Use your tracking number to follow your package directly on the USPS website:
Simply enter your tracking number on the USPS site to see real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.
Pre-Order Items If your order includes a pre-order soap, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production, curing, and quality checks before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.
Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?
- Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes confirmation emails end up there.
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
- If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you still haven't received tracking, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
