Patch Test Reminder Because our products are made with natural ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test before regular use. Please review all product ingredients carefully before purchasing. BelleSH Natural Skin Rituals is not responsible for individual sensitivities or reactions.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items — opened, unopened, used, or unused — for hygiene and safety reasons.

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right — resolution may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
