Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items
Orders containing in-stock products are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Pre-Order Items
Some of our handcrafted soaps are available as pre-orders. These soaps are made in small batches and require a full curing period to ensure the highest quality.
Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for production, curing, quality checks, and packaging before your order is shipped.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
During product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on qualifying orders, such as our 12-Bar Ultimate Ritual Set, or during eligible promotional events. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.
