Thank you for choosing BelleSH Natural Skin Rituals. Every order is carefully handcrafted, packaged, and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders containing in-stock products are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
  • Pre-Order Items: Some handcrafted soaps are available as pre-orders. These are made in small batches and require a full curing period. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production, curing, quality checks, and packaging before the order ships. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are ready. If you'd prefer your in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order. During product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

United States Shipping Estimated U.S. delivery times after the order has shipped:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. You'll receive a tracking email within 24 hours of your order shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may require additional transit time.

International Shipping International orders are shipped from the United States. Estimated delivery times after the order has shipped:

  • USPS Priority Mail International (Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Philippines): 6–10 business days
  • All other international destinations: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by their country's customs office. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Shipping Address Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. BelleSH Natural Skin Rituals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages Once your order has shipped, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available on qualifying orders within the 50 United States, including:

  • Orders of $65 or more
  • The 12-Bar Ultimate Ritual Set
  • Eligible promotional events

Orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii are not included in free shipping promotions unless specifically stated. International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Any active free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout.
